Rental Request Form

You can download, print and fill out the form to book materials and resources.  You can fax us the completed form at (519) 389-3725, mail it or drop into our office with your information. See our contact page for details.

Pick Up & Drop Off Procedures

When picking up and droping off equipment, be sure to bring enough help to load and unload equipment safely from the Resource Centre to your vehicle. The Bruce County Festivals and Events Resource Centre Staff are not responsible for loading and unloading equipment into vehicles. If you have not brought enough help, you will be charged a rate of $20.00/hr for staff time.

Waiver / Contract

I accept full responsibility for the care of the rental equipment listed in this form and I agree to pay for any damage to the equipment and/or replace it at full current retail value if the damage is irrepairable or equipment is not returned. If the rental is not returned at the set time and date you will be charged an additional fee per day unless other arrangements have been made. The Bruce County Festivals & Events Resource Centre / Saugeen Shores Chamber of Commerce is not liable for any physical harm or injury due to equipment failure when equipment is in your possession ( Including pick up and drop off)

Late Fee's

If rental equipment is not returned at the requested time, your event will be charged the cost of the rental per day unless other arrangements have been made with resource centre staff.
