Events Resource Centre

Located in the Municipality of Saugeen Shores, The Events Resource Centre offer’s a wide range of materials to aid any size of event. Throughout this site you will see that the Resource Centre rents tables, chairs, communication equipment, pop up tents, kiddy games, casino games and much, much more.

The Event's Resource Centre staff and volunteers saw a need for resource material geared to a small town in Ontario. A lot of the material on the Internet and at seminars focused on festivals with million dollar budgets and large city facilities. However in rural Ontario, most events are staged in local parks and schoolyards with limited dollars and limited equipment. The Centre developed a resource handout called Staging Successful Small Town Events which is presented to any organization requesting the information. Things like working with non-profit groups and volunteers, how to create a sponsorship package, write a media release, set a realistic budget, book an entertainer are all part of what the Centre's library has to offer.

We are open for rentals from May 1st to September 30th, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Special consideration may be given for festivals and events that take place in the off-season. Please feel free to contact us today by using the link provided above.
